THIS WARRANTY DEED made the JZ'~' Day of , 1972, by

~s1 LESLIE H. WHITE, hereinafter called the Grantor, to LFSLIE H. WHITE,
and his Wife CAROLINA WHITE, whose address is 633 Sugarfoot Drive,
Vlteeki Wachee Woodlands, Brooksville, Florida. This deed is for the purpos
of creating an estate by the entirety with the right of survivorship.
WITNESSETH -
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the Sum of One Dollar
(~1. 00) and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof if hereby acknow-
ledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys
and confirms unto the Grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie
County, Florida, viz: ~
Plot 22 in Block "F" of Harmony Heights Subdivision,
according to the plat thereof as recorded_ in Plat
` Book 8 at Page 38 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
