This Partial Release of Judqment Lien executed thisa~Gr day
of March, 1972, by CARROLL DUNSCOMB$, as Attorney of Recor '~~'the ~
Judgment ~holders hereinafter specifically referred to does here-
by release on behalf of said Judgment holders their lien which may
create a cloud on the following described homestead property located
in St. Lucie County, Florida: . ~ _
?,ot 7, Block 23, of RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3,
a Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 10, Page 80, of the Public Records of
St. Luoie County, Florida.
The Judgment Liens which are hereby released from the above-
described real property, all of.which your undersiqned is Attorney of
Record for, are:
1. That Fina1 Judgment dated July 18, 1969, in County Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, beinq Case No. 1619, which
~uuy~ei~t ~2 R~+k 29; at tiage 307, of the St. Lucie -
County Public Records, in the original amount of $256.32, and costs
of $17.50, which Judgment is in favor of PARULA & COMPANY, Plaintiff,
vs. John Rager and Fordyce Rager, which Judgment is hereby released
from its lien on the above-described property.
2. That Final Judgment dated August 12, 1970, in County Court
for St. Lucie County, Florida, being Case No. 1622, in which Hamilton
Rlauber, Inc., a corporation, its Plaintiff, and John R. Rager and
Fordyce Raqer, his.wife, Defendants, which Judgment is in the origihal
amount of $182.50, plus costs, said Judgment being recorded in O.R.
Book-31, at page 338, of the St. Lucie County Public Records,, and the
above-described property is released from the lien of that Judgment.
3. That certain Judgment dated October 7, 1970, in County
Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, Case No. 1623, in which B. Paul_
Model Distributors, Inc., Plaintiff, and John Rager and Fordyce Rager,
are Defendants, which Judgment is in the original amount of $202.74,
along with interest and costs, said Judgment being recorded in O.R.
Book 31, at paqe 454 of the St. Lucie County Public Records, f~om
which judgment the above-described property is hereby released.
4. That certain Final Judgment entered in Circuit Court for
St. Lucie County, Florida, Case No. 70-2, in which The PiZgrim Glass
Company is Plaintiff, anc~ John Rager and Fordyce Rager are Defendants,
which Judgment is in the original sum of $835.03, plus interest
and costs, said Judgment being dated March 24, 1970, and recorded
in O.R. Book 61, at Page 118, of the St. Lucie County Public Records,
and the above-described property is hereby released from that
Judgment.
5. ~hat certain 3uc~c~~?cn~ ir~ Ciresit Court St. T•*~~~e rc~~nty,
Florida, Case No. 70-809, in which Lang Jewelry Company is Plaintiff,
and John Raqer_and Fordyce Rager, his wife, are Defendants, which
Judgment was dated January 22, 1971, in the original anaount of
$769.43, together with costs and interest, said Judgment being re-
corded in Circuit Court Minute Book 67, at page 214 of the St. Lucie
County, Public Records, and the above-described property is released
from that Judgment.
WITNESS my execution of this Partial Release of Judgment'Lien
by the~undersigned Attorney of Record for each of the above-deacribed
Plaintiffs, which Release of Lien releases the property above-
described this~day of March, 197 .
