The Party of the First Part pursuant to appropriate Orders
of the Surroqate's Court of the County of Suffolk, State of New York ~
and in consideration of the premises and the swa of Ttiree-thousand
Eight-hundred Dollars ($3,800.00) and other good and valuable con-
siderations in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, their
heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida described as:
Lot 14, Block 4, Unit 1, Surfside Subdivision b
according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat ~l O
Book 10, at Page 17, of the public records~ of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida. a•
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property. ~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does convenant to and with
the Party of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the
orders.of the above-named Court and the laws of the State of New York
and of Florida have been followed and complies with in all respects.
