oath, deposes and says, th.at 8VA J. GOODYSAR did appoint
me her lawful attorney by means of a written Power of At-
torney dated April 19, 1968, a copy of which has been
heretofore recorded aaanq.the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, in O. R. Book 173, paqe 1156, and O. R.
.Book 173, page 1666; that at the ti.me of the execution
of the deed dated Auqust 23, 1968 from EVA J. GOODYEAR
by FRANK T. GOODYEAR, her attorney-in-fact, which was
recorded September 3, 1968 in O. R. Book 173, page 1155,_
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
said EVA J. GOODYEAR was still alive and of sound mind
and that the said EVA J. GOODYEAR had not revoked or
repudiated said Power of Attorney.
