for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, potes, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed f~om time to time; with the r'~t to reco~struct, imprave, add
to, change the siie of or remwe wch facilities or any of them; to pernnit the attachment of oonduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all vees, brush and undergrowth or other
obrnuctions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, arer, upon, under, and acros~ my/our pro-
perty de9cribed as follows: .

The easement more particularly described as a strip 6 feet wide, centered 3!t feet
f ~ast of and parallel to the West lines of Lots 5& 12 of Block 3, St. Lucie Gar-
; dens, beginning at the-North edge of Lot 6~ Block 100~ South Port St. Lucie IInit 5~
j and runni~g Northerly a distance ~of 191~5± feet.
