parcels of land for road rights-of-way for a county road des-
ignated as Avenue "Q" as surveyed and located by the Petitioner
and shown on the right-of-map filed in this cause.
Said suit is brought pursuant to the power of eminent domain
vested in the Petitioner under the Constitution and Laws of the
State of Florida. ~
