Burke Sheet Metal and Roofing whose address is Route 1,
Box 897, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that in pursuance of ~
a contract with General Development Corporation, Lienor
furnished labor, services and materials consisting of
sheet metal, ductinq and assorted materials required for
installation thereof on the follawing described real property
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
