MODIF ICATION OF MORTGAGB

A. D. 1972, by and between LAMBETH CITRUS PRODUC'I'S, INC. , a Florida corpora-
tion, Mortgagor, Party of the First Part, and GEORGE S. LAMBETH and BESSIE H.
LAMBETH, his wife, Mortgagees, Parties of the Second Part,
W ITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Parties of the Second Part repreae~t and warrant that they are

the holders and owners of a certain promissory notie and mortgage securing the same,
and that the Party of the First Part represents and warrarns that it is the ~?ner of .
the equity of redemption of the mortgaged premises; and
WHEREAS, that certain mortgage secures said promissory note described -
as follaws:
. Promissory note in the amount of ~201, 400. 00, executied by -
Haffield C~trus Corp, to George S. Lambeth and Bessie H. Lambedl,
his wife, daoed March 30, 1970,. a copy of which is recorded in that
certain mortgage dated March 30, 1970, executed by the said
Haffield Citrus Corp, to George S. Lambeth and Bessie H: Lambeth,
his wife, and recorded in Official Record Book 183, page 2673, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, on April 7, 1970, which said
mortgage secured said promissory note;

~ WHEREAS, said promissory note and mortgage was executed by Haffield
~ Citrus Co a Florida corporation, and title has now been transferred over to

~ Lambeth Citrus Products, Inc. , a Florida corporation, and
WHEREAS, the parties are desirous of a modification of the terms of
payment of the said promissory note contained in said mortgage. ;

NOW, THEREFORE, THLS AGREEMENT, WITNESSETH: That fn con- '
sideration of the premises and in further consideration of the mutual covenants
and agreements herein contained between the parties hereto, each party agrees

The promissory notie, dated March 30, 1970, in the face amAUnt of
$201, 400. 00, executed by Haffield Citrus Corp. , payable to George S. Lambeth
and Bessie H. Lambeth, his wife, which said promissory notie has an unpaid principal
