In addition to the principal payments, interest shall be due and payable on the first day af August of each and every year commencing on August 1, 1972 at the rate of 69~ per annum on the unpaid balance from time to time remaining and all payments shall be applied first to accrued in~erest and remainder to principal, In the event of a default in any payment of principal or interest which default shall not be corrected within 30 days thereafter, then the entire remaining unpaid balance shall immediately become due and payable at the option of the holder of this note, Any payment or any part thereof may be made on or before its due date without penalty. The property included within the mortgage is that certain property as shown on the mortgage.recorded in Official Record Book 183, page 2673, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and all other terms and conditions of the original mortgage and the original promissory~ note sha11 remain the same except as modified by this instrument and nothing herein contained shall be construed to impair the security of the Parties of the Second Part under said mortgage, or to affect or impair the rights or powers which they may have under said no~e and mortgage for the recovery of the mortgag~ debt in case of non-fulfillment of said mortgage on the part of the Party of the First Part, or its successors or assigns.
