(2~ cont'd..under this contract can be ~aid ofP in full or ~n.p~rt any
time after the lst day of April, 19?2 by the parties of the second part;
in the event only a partial payment is made, no change will be made in
the amount of the monthly payment. (3) That when this contract is term-
inated by payment in full by the parties of the second part, the
warranty deed tendered by the parties of the first part to the parties ,
of the second part for the aforesaid property will have affixed the
required documentary~stamps and surtax to allow the warranty deed to
be recorded. (4) That the part~es of the second part will pay for the
recording cost of the aforesaid warranty deed.
