Together wiih all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurte~ances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed the~ein, i:~tluding all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in singte units or cen-
trally c~ntrolled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeratian, ventiliation or ~
