to zhe Plat ~hereof; filed afay 13, 1~71, and recorded in Plat
3~ok 16, Pade 11, St. Lucie County, Flori~a, public records, shall
be used exclusively for residential purposes, with the exception
that ~ots 1, 2, 3, and 4, of said subdivision may also be used for
business purposes.
