Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenance: now or hereaker erscted ihere-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, watar, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
