years last past. .
This affiant further says that~he knows that S. E. Richardson ~
constructed his personal residence on the above described real
~property more than 15 years ago and that the said S. E. Richardson,
together with his family have continuously resided upon said rea-1
' property for more than 15 years; and.this affiant well knows that the
