. AGREEMENT FOR DEED
~r~ THIS AGREEMFNT made and entered into this 4th
day of April, 1972, by and between ROBERT R. STANFORD and
MARIA K. STANFORD, his wife, h~r~:~ft~r refe~r~d ~
to as Vendors, and WALLACT W. RRAMER and RUTH H. RRAMER, his
wife, hereafter referred to as Purchasers,
WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the mutual promises and
covenants contained in this Aqreement and other valuable
considerations passing between the parties to it, the Ven-
dors agree to sel.1 and the Purchasers agree to buy the fal-
, lowing described property situate, lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida:
Begin at a concrete monument 355.59 feet South and
552.50 feet West of the NE co=ner of the Sg 1/4,
Section 16, Twp. 36 South, Range 40 East: From
said Point of Beginning, run West 582.50 feet to
a post; thence continue West S28.67 feet, to a
post (Iocated 8 feet, more or less East of the
East bank of the North fork of St. Lucie River);
thence continue West to the center of said river;
thence SWlv and SEly along the center line of said
St. Lucie River to a point which is 606.09 feet
South of the North line of said SE 1/4 of said
Section 16, Twp. 36 South, Range 40 East; thence
East to a post which is located 10 feet, more or
less, East of the East bank of said river; thence
continue East 685.72 feet to a concrete monument
(located at the East edge of the river hammock);
thence continue East 552.50 feet to a concrete
monument; thence North 250.50 feet; to the POB;~
TOGETHER WITH riparian rights and that certain
easement for ingress and egress created by a grant
a of easement in that certain warranty deed from
Edward P. Goodwin, et ux to Ansel L. Wharton, et ux,
r~~ dated and filed April l, 1966., in O.R. Book 142
at page 237, public records of St. I,ucie County,
Florida.
The total purchase price of the property shall be the
sum of $14,500.00 payable at the times, and in the manner
following:
$8,500.00 paid on or before the signing of this con-
tract, receipt of which is acknowledged by Vendors;
The balance of $6,004.00 to be paid on or before
Ninety (90} days from the date hereof and to bear interest
at the rate of 10$ per annum from default.
