EXECU'POR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE executed this~? day of March, 1972, between
EDDIE M. OHI, JR., as Executor of the Estate of Juanita Britton, also known
as Agnes Juanita Britton, deceased, Party of the First Part, and CINEY V.
JOHNSON and BEAUTES L. JOHNSON, his wife, whose Post Office address is
80? Campbell Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, WITNESSETH:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of the County Judge's
Court of Dade County, Florida, dated February 1, 1972, in the Estate of
Juanita Britton, a/k/a Agnes Juanita Britton, deceased, Probate No. ?1-1214, ~
and in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10. 00) and
other valuable considerations in hand paid, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, releases, remises; conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second
Part, their heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, described as:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot One (1), go south a
distance of 650 feet (parallel to the centerline of Selvitz Road)
to a point of beginning; thence south 150 feet (parallel to the '
said centerline of Selvitz Road); thence west 610 feet (parallel to ~
the~ centerline of State Road 712); thence north 150 feet (parallel n
to the centerline of Selvitz Road); th~nce east 610 feet (parallel to
; the centerline of State Road 712)to the Point of Beginning; all
~ located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 6; Township 36 South,
( Range 40 East, in MODEL LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 34,
of the Public Records of St. Lu;;ie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Parties of the Second Part, .
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
And the Party of the First Part does covenant with Parties of the S~~ond
Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary and in and abou~ the
sale and this conveyance, the Orders of the above-named Court and the laws of
~ the State of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
