m Zbgether ~rith all structures and improvemeats nox and hereafter on said
land, and fixtures attached thereto, and all rents, isswes, proceeds and profits
eccruiag and to accru,e fr~ said premises, all of Which are included irithin the fore-
going description and the habendum thereof; also all gas, steam, electric, Water
and other heating,cooking, refrigerating, lighting, pl~ing, ventilating, irrigating
and po~rer systems, machines, appliances, fixtures and appurtenances, vhich now are or
may hereafter pertain to, or be used ~rith, in or on said premises, even though they
be detached or detact~able; also, alI building, improvement or construction materials,
supplies and equip~ent hereaPter delivered to said 18nd contemplating installation
or use in constructions thereon and all rights and interest of the Mortgagor in build-
ing permits and architectural plans and specifications relating to contemplated
constructions or improv~ements on said land and all rights aad interest of Mortgagor in
present or ftiture mortgage loan coamdit~ents pertaining to a~r of said l.aad and improve-
ments thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO ~LD the same, together with alI and singvlar the tenemeats,
hereditsments and appurtenances thereunto belangiag or in an~rise appertaining, and
the reversion and reversions, remainder or remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and sZso ~11 the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand Whatsoe.wer, as t~rell in laW as in equity, o~ the said Mortgagor in and to
the same, and every part tYiereof, unto the se.id Mortgagee absolute~r and in fee simple
forever.
And the Mortgagor hereby covenants ~rith the Mortgagee that he is in-
defessibly seized of said land in fee simple; that he has full po~er end laWPul right
to comey the same in fee simple as aforeseid; that it shall be laWful for the
Mortgagee at all times peaceabl3r 8nd quiet~y to eater upon, hold, occupy and en~oy
