1.. That the entire unpaid balance of principal and interest
accrued, shall be due and payable on or before June 12, 1972.
2. That the mortgaqe be increased to $187,500.00.
3. That the above modifications are hereby incorporated into
the terms of said note and Mortgage as if originally set forth therein;
that. all the terms of said note and Mortgage not herein modified shall ~
remain in full force and effect.
