A parcel of land bound on the South by the North line of Government

on the West by South Ocean Drive as the same is delineated on the
plat of SURFSIDE, UNtT ONE, on file in Plat Book 10, page 17,
pubiic records of.St. Lucie County, Florida, on the North by a line
parallel with and 100 feet southeriy, as measured at right angles,
the South boundary line of Block 12, of said SURFSIDE, UNIT ONE, as
such line extends from South Qcean Drive to the high water mark
of the Atlantic Ocean.
PARCEL IB: ~
A triangular parcel, bounded on the North by Lot 2, Block 18,
of said SURFSIDE, UNIT TWO, as per plat recorded in Piat Book
11, page 8, on the East by said South Ocean Orive; and on the
. South by the North tine of Government Lot 3, Sect+on 7, Towr~-
ship 35 Soath, Range 41 East.
PARCEL 2:
That part of Governrtient Lot 2 of Section 7, Township 35 South,
Range 41 East, legally described as follows: -
Begin at the most southern corner of that tract des+gnated
as "CABANA CLUB-Block 12" on plat of S UtFSIDE UNIT OME, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, at page 17 of
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. (The same
being a point in the easterly line of South Ocean Drive)
thence run southeasterly along the easterly line of So~th
Ocean Drive (being also parallel with and 60 feet distant .
from the northeasterly line of Lot 2, Block 18, SURFSfDE,
UNIT TWO), a distance of 100 feet; thence, at right angie
with the iast 1ine, run northeasterly to highwater mark of
Atlantic Ocean, thence run northwesterly, along said high
water mark of Atlantic Ocean, to a point, 100 feet distant
from the last preceding boundary line when measured at right
angles thereto; said:point being on the South line of afore-
said "Cabana Club" tract; thence southwesterly along the _
South line of "Cabana Club" tract, to the point of begi~ning. '
