AGRESMSNT FOR R$INSTATSM$NT OF MORTGAG$
THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this ~ day of March,
1972 by and between BANK OF STUART, a Florida banking corporation,
hereinafter called the first party, MORTGAGES, INC., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter called the second party, and FIRST
PROCESSING CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, hereinafter called
the third party:

W I T N E S S E T H: ~
WSEREAS, the third party executed a mortgage in favor of
M. S. McCOLLUM, as Trustee, dated September 7, 1971, recorded in .
Official Records Book 195, paqe 217, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records; and
WHEREAS, said M. S. McCOLLUM, as Trustee, subsequently.assigned
said mortgage to the second party; and
WHEREAS, the second party subsequently assiqned said mortgage
to the first party, by Assignment recorded in Official Records
_ Book 195, page 1441, St. Lucie County, Florida, public recQrds; .
and ~
WHEREAS, the first party subsequently satisfied said mortgage -
by Satisfaction recorded in the St. Lucie County, Florida, public
records; sdid satisfaation bQing r~aora~a in 0. R. 199, p~?6o 386.
WHERBAS,.said fatisfaction was executed and recorded in error.
NOW THEREFORE, it is aqreed as follows:
1. The above described mortgage from the third party to M.S.
McCollum, as Trustee, is hereby reinstated just as if the above
described Satisfaction had never been executed and recorded.
2. Said mortgage shall be reassiqned from the first party
to the second party by an Assignment to be recorded simultaneously
herewith.
