THIS AGB~MENT, made and entered.into by and betKeen
GEORGE K. WILCOX, SB., Husband, hereinafter referred to as Petitioner,
and PHYLLIS I. WILCOX, Wife, hereinafter referred to as the 8eaponaent.
W I T N T S S E T H:
That the parties hereto are husband and xife and were married
at Fort Pierce, Florida, on or about October 196?. That the parties
separated on or about July 19, 19?1, ~nd have lived separately and
' apart since_that date. ~

~ The marriage between the Petitioner and the 8espondent is
irretrievably broken. .
The parties enter this agreement for property settlement,
support and custody, intending that this agreement shall be incorpo-
rated and made a part of any final order for the Diseolution of
Marriage between the Petitioner and the 8eapondent. .

NOW, THEAEF08E, in consideration of the~~•mutual promi$es
herein contained, and other good and valuable aonsiderations, the
parties agree as followa:
1. The parties have heretofore divided their peraonal
~ pro~erty which is not mentioned in this agreement to their mutual ~
satisfaction and henceforth each of the parties shall own, have, and
en~oy independently of any clatm or ri~ht of the other party, all
items of personal property of ever kind, nature, and description,
and wheresoever situate, which are now owned or held by him or her.
