~ 2. The Respon~lent, PNYLLIS I. WILCOX~ shall have the
parm:~nent cuatody of G~ORGE K. WILCOX, JR.,•the only chi.ld oP thi~
marriage, subject to the Petitioner, ,r,E08G~ K. WILCOX, SR.~s rieht
to re~sonable visitation, to ~?it: Visitation rights shall be on each
Saturclay and one full weekend each month, plus one full week each
year during summer vacation. In the event that the 8espondent,
PNYLLIS I. ?JILCOX, should remove G~08GE K. WILCOX, J8. from the
State of Florida, visitation rights ahall be altered so that the
Petitioner is entitled to have visitation xith his son at the Peti-
tioner's home for up to two months during summer.vacation. Eacpenses
incurred for travel to facilitate the Petitioner~s vieitation righte
shall be borne by him. •
3. In the event that the 8espondent, PHYLLIS I. WILCOX,
should decease or be ad3udged incompetent, then the custody of
GEOEGE K. WILCOX, J8. shall revert to the Petitioner, GT08GE K. ~
WILCOX, S8.
4. The Petitioner agrees to pay support for the minor child
to the 8espondent in the amount of ~15.00 per week until such child
shall have reached the age of twentyone yeara or become emancipated,
whichever ahall first occur. Medical and Dental expenaes for the .
minor child shall be borne by the party r~ith~whom the child is residing
~ at the time such-expenses occur.
5. The Hespondent agrees that she will never_petition for or
consent to the adoption of GE08GT K. WILCOX, J8. by a step parent or
any other person without the consent of the Petitioner for ao long
as the Petitioner is living.
6. The Petitioner and Eespondent agree that the Petitioner
shall have the right to claim an income tax exemption for the dependen~~
of GE08GE K. WII~COX, JR. for the year 1971. They further agree that
for all succeeding years the 8espondent shall have the right to claim
the tax exemption for the dependency of GEORG~ K. WILCOX, JB., unless
~
the custody of said child reverts to the Petitioner.
7. The Petitioner and Eespondent agree that the property of
the Petitioner and the Eespondent ahall be divided a$ folloxs:
A. The 1966 Volkswagon, Serial # 116468843 ie to be tranaPerred
to the sole ownership~of the 8espondent.
