and all of the furnitiire therein, shall be transferred to the sole
ownership of the Petitioner. The legal description of the real
estste being as follows:

~Florida, shall be transferred to the sole ownership of the Petitioner,
the legal description of said lot being as follows:

as per plat thereof on file in Plat BooK 10,
- at page 71, of the public records of St.Lucie
County, Florida. Said property looated on .

In the event that the Deeds required to convey the real
property mentioned in paragraph ? are not executed by the 8espondent
within ten days after any final decree of Dissolution of this
