officials of St. Lucie County, Florid'a are hereby authorized
to record this release to all said real property.
2. All of the real property shown on Plat entitled "Holiday ~
Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., Section D", filed for record
in Plat Book 16 , page 24 and executed by St. Lucie
County on the 14th day of April , 1972, public records of
St. Lucie County, will be released as follows:
a. Any lot shown on said plat, irrespective of its size
and contiguity with any other lot released or_unreleased,
will be re~eased from said lien upon payment to Ellison
of $1,000.00.
~ b. Any release requested on a lot pursuant to the pro-
vision of Section 'a' hereof shall be qran~ed up to the
date of any final decree of foreclosure pursuant to
Mortgage No. 1 or Mortgage No. 2 as modified by Modification
Agreement.
All of the terms and conditions of Mortgage No. l, Mort-
gage No. 2 and Modification Aqreement not modified hereby shall
remain in full fo~ce and effect. -
This Second Modification Agreement shall be binding upon
and inure to the benefit oF successors and assigns of the parties
hereto. ~
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands and
seals on the day and year first above written.
