DUNN, his wife; ALKUS L. DUNN and ANN RUTH DUNN, his wife, hereinafter called the grantor, to S. W. KOLLER, whose postoffice address is P. O. Box 279, Melbourne, Florida, 32901, hereinafter call the grantee: (Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" . include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal•representatives and assigns of ii~dividuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations) WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re- mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: The S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, EXCEPTING there- from the right-of-way for Kings Highway and also excepting therefrom the following described property, to-wit: From the SW corner of said S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 run East 25 feet to the East right- of-way of Kings Highway for the Point of Beginning; thence continue East 333.4 feet, thence North 243.0 feet, thence West 333.4 feet to the East right-of- way of Kings Highway; thence South along the said ~ East right-of-way 243 feet to the Point of Beqinning, as delineated on a survey dated March 24, ~ 1972, prepared by A. G. Weatherington and Assor.iates, ! Inc. , Florida Certificate No. 1859~ all being in St. I,ucie - i County, Florida. ~ TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
