AFFIDAVIT
RE: Beginning at a point on the North line of Palmetto Avenue
(Now Avenue A) 177.5 feet West of the SE corner of Block
M of AARON LEE'S MAP OF FOR'P PiERCE, as per olat thereof
on file in Plat Book 1, at paqe 189, of the public records
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida, thence turn and run Northerly
~ at right anqles to the North line of Palmetto Avenue, 140
feet to a point; thence turn and run Fasterly parallel with
the North line of Palmetto Avenue for a distance of 12.5
feet to a point; thence~turn and run Northerly at right
angles to the North line of Palmetto Avenue 60 feet to a
point; thence turn and run Westerly parallel with the
North line of Palmetto Avenue 75 feet to a point; thence
turn at right angles and run Southerly 200 feet on the
North line of Palmetto Avenue; thence turn and run Easterly
along the North line of Palmetto Avenue for a d~~tance of
62.5 feet to the point of beginninq.

Before me, an officer authorized to administer oaths and
take acknowledgments, personally appeared ROBERT TERRY, who,
after being by me first duly swown, upon oath says: That my
name is ROBERT TERRY; that affiant is the Chairman of the Board
of Directors of St. Lucie County Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida; _
affiant further states that l1e was well acquainted with J. R.
AARRISON, who acquired title to the above described property
~ du=ing his lifetime, and that the said J. R. HARRISON was a
customer of his at St. Lucie County Bank for many years; af- -
