the Common Elements and Carmon Co-Use Areas appurtena~t to the Unit.
N. Owner or Unit Owner means the owner of a Condominium
Parcel.
0. Developer means NOLIDAY OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.,
a Florida Corporation, its assigns or successors.
P. Occupant means any person or persons, in possession of a
_ unit other than the Unit Owner.
Q. Condominium Documents means this Declaration, the By-laws
and ali exhibits annexed hereto as the same from time to time may be
amended. -
R. Recreational Yehicle means folding type "pop-up" trailers,
pick-up campers, travel trailers, and motor homes all of which were
originaliy manufactured aRd designed for use as a recreational vehicle.
It is specifically understood that all such vehicles will be completely
self-contained and will not exceed 35' in length. Not included.are folding
tents not mounted on wheels and mobile homes.
S. Cessation of Development means a date which sha]l not occur
any later than six months after the last of the two following events shall
occur:
(1) The Qeveloper ceases active sales of Units
(2) The Deveioper is .hoiding less than Five percent of
the total Units in the Condominium for sale.

7he Developer retains the right to declare the Cessatian of
Development sooner than the occurence of all of the above events if it,
in its solde discretion, deems such declaration advisabie. ~
Unless the context shall otherwise require, all other terms
used in this Declaration shall be assumed to have the meaning attributed
to said term by Section 3 of the Condominium Act.
