IDENTIFICATION OF UNITS . ~
A. The Condominium Property consists essentially of the
Units subdivided within the area described in Schedule "A". For the
purpose of identification, all Units located on the Property are given .
identifying nurr~ers and are more particularly described in Exhibit "6",
attached hereto and made a part hereof. Developer may from time to
time prior to the Cessation of Development add to or amend the descrip-

tion and plats contained in Schedule "B". No such additaon or amendment
will decrease the size of any Unit; however, it may decrease an
Owner's share of the Corman Use of Elements and the Common Co-Use Areas
as provided in Paragraph XVI, hereof; however, any such decrease will -
be levied proportionately among the Owners. No Unit bears the same
identification number as does any other Unit. The identification number
of each Unit is also the identification number of each Parcei. Scheduie

"B" consists of a survey of the land, and together with this Oeclaration,
they are in sufficient detail to identify the location, dimensions and
' size of the Cormion Elements, the Common Co=Use Areas and each Unit. The

; legend and notes contained within Schedule "B" are incorporated herein

~ and made a part hereaf by reference. -

~ B. Provided, however, that until Ces~ation of Development,
no Parcel shall be deemed to have been submitted to this Declaration as
to Association management and control. However, the restrictions of use,
