HomeMy WebLinkAbout1409 D, The Conmon Areas shall include all areas so designated in Schedule "6" and on the recorded subdivision Plat and certain utilities more particularly described herein. ~ V. A. There shall be one person with respect to each Unit who shail be entitled to vote at any meeting of the Association. Such personal shall be known (and is hereinafter referred to) as "Yoting Member" as defined in the By-Laws of the Association. B, If a Unit is owned by more than one person, the Owners of suci~ Unit shall designate the Yoting Member, or in the case of a corporate ownership of a Unit an officer or an anployee thereof sha]1 be desig- nated the Voting Member. The designation of the.Voting Member shall be made as provided by, and sub~ect to, the provisions and restrictions set forth in the By-Laws of the Association. The vote of a Unit is not divis- ible. C.
