The easement granted herein is restricted to the use of the swimning
pool and the recreation building presently located on said real property
for the purposes for which such structures are intended. Also included
is a right of ingress and egress to such facilities. The ingress and
egress area may be.altered fran time to time by the Grantor herein,
provided that such ingress and egress shali be continually available.
Nothing~contained in this grant of easement shall prohibit tr~e
Grantor from doing any of the following:
Erecting additional structures on such property for use for
recreation, comnercial use, or any other lawful purpose. The Grantor
specifically reserves the right to charge the Grantee herein for the use
of any facility other than the hereinbefore mentioned swimning pool and
recreation building notwithstanding whether such other structures are
presently existing or are constructed at some future date. The Grantor
~ herein also reserves the right to prohibit the use of such other

~ facilities altogether. However, in the event the Grantee herein is

! either so charged or prohibited, the Grantee shall not be obligated to

pay any part of the maintenance of such additional facilities.
