ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
OF
VENTURE OUT AT INDIAN RIVER, INC., A CONDC~MINIUM
(A Corporation Not for Profit)
We, the undersigned, hereby associate ourselves together
for the purpose of becoming incorporated under the laws of

the State of Florida as a corporation not for profit, and ~

hereby propose the following Articles of Incorporation:
ARTICLE I.
The name of this corporation shall be VENTURE OUT AT
INDIAN RIVER, INC., A CONDOMINIUM. Its principal office
shall be in the City of Atlanta, County of Fulton, State of ~
Georgia.

ARTICLE II. ~
The purposes for which this corporation is organized
are:
(a) ~ act as an "Association" as that term is • -
defined in the Condominium Act (Chapter 711, Florida Statutes),
and to act on behalf of its members collectively as their
governing body with respect to the administration, mainten-
ance, repair and replacement of a condominium to be known as
VENTURE OUT AT INDIAN RIVER CONDOMINIUM, located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, upon the lands described in the attached
; Annex "A", incorporated herein by reference.

; "Association" set forth in the Condominium Act, as now exist-

ing or as the law may henceforth provide, except as limited
by these Articles and the Declaration of Condominium, and to ;
have all the powers and duties reasonably necessary to operate
the condominium, pursuant to the Declaration and as it may be
