affirmative vote of the majority of the members of the
Board of Directors and any vacancy in any office may be
filled by the Board at any meeting thereof. .
(c) The powers of the corporation shall be sub-
ject to and shall be exercised in accordance with the pro-
visions of the Declaration of Condominium, these Articles
of Tncorporation, and the By-laws.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and
seals, acknawledged and filed the foregoing Articles of
Incorporation unc~er the laws of the State of Florida, this
17th day of April, 1972.
