Section 1. Plave. All meetirigs of Corporation manbership shall be
held at the Corx3ominiun Property ("Prvperty" or at such other plaoe and t~me
as shall be designated by the Bo~x~d and stated in the Nakice of ineeting.
Sectioci 2. Notives. It shall be the duty of the Secret~ry t~o mail
a notioe of each annual or special meeting, stating the time ar~d plaoe thereof
to ea~rh Owner of reoord, at least five (5) days, but not m~re than fift~een (15)
