the Caxpo~ratio~: he shall p~eside at all meetin~gs of the tfiit Owners and of the
Board. He shall have executiv~e powers arxi general supervisio~ w~er the affairs
of the C~axparatioa~ and other offioers. He sha~ll sign all writt~an c~a~tracts ta
perfornt all of the duties incici~nt to the office and which may be cleleqated to
him fram tit~ne tA time by tbe Board.
Section 6. The Vioe-President. He shall perform all of the duties of ~
the Pres~cient in his absenoe ar disability and such other duties as may be re-
qaired of him fran time to time by the Board of Directors. ~
Section 7. Zl~e Secretary. He shall issue n~otives of all Board meet-
ings and all me~tings of the [k~it Ow~ers; he shall attend and keep the minutes of
the saae: he shall have charg~e of all of th~e oo~cp~oratioci's books, re~oords and
PaPers e~t tt~se keP't bY the Treasurer. He shall have custody ot the seal
of the Association. ~he Assistant SecretaYy sha].1 perform the duties of the
Secretary wY~ th~e Secretazy is absent or incapacitated.
Sectiari 8. The ~Yeasurer.
(a) He shall have cust~ociy of the Coxporatiaz fiuyds aryd s~ities and ~
shall keep full and aocwrate acoo~unts of reveipts ancl disbursements in l~oo~cs be-
langing to the Cc~rporatioti and sha~.l deposit all monies and ather valuab~le effects
in the na~~ of and ~o the Credit of the Corporation in such de~OSitories as may be ;
designated fmn time to time~ by the Boa~d. The l~ooks st~all reflect an aovauit for
each Unit in the ir~uyer requ~red by the Qo~xioaniniun Act.
