~ by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
WH$R$AS, a portion of the lands involved and hecessary to said
road and/or ditch is subject to mortgagp _
held by the undersigned; and, _
~ WHEREAS, on rPhalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
' hereinafter described.

the premises and one dollar and other goad and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encwabrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
Cotnty to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over, through, upon, and/or across the folloo~?ing described
landa, being a portion of the encumbered premisee in St. Lucie County,
