and agreed that this instzument subordinates said encumbrance insofar
as sante affects the rights and privileges of St. Lucie County in its
use of the land specifically above described, for road and/or drain-
age purposes only, and that nothing herein contained shall in any
way affect, alter~ impair, minimize or dimish the effect of said en-
cumbrance or the remedies at law or in equity for xecovering there-
out, or against the parties charged thereby, the full amount of all
sums secured by and/or due under the same. It is further understood .
and agreed that ia the event said above desc=ibed premises are offi-
cially abandoned by the County and cease to be used for road and/or
drainage construction and maintenance purposes that in ~SUCh event
the subordination of said encumbrance shall terminate in and to such
portion abandoned and no longer used as aforesaid, and the encumbrance
become of the same statu8 with reference to euch abar~doned portion as
if the subordination had never been made.
