WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate

bargain, seli, atien, remise, refease, convey, and confirm unto ihe Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following deuribed

the point of beqinning for the followinq described parcel; Thence run
North 73°51'~6" West for a distance of 4~.74 feet to a point; Thence
run North 45 Ol'31" West for a distance of 176.33 feet to a point; Thence
run North 44°58'29" East for a distance of 101.00 feet to a point on the
westerly right of way Of E1 M3r Drive; ~hence run South 45°O1'31" East
alonq said right of way for a distance of 124.91 feet to a point of curve
of a curve concave to the East; Thence p~oceed easterly along the arc of
said curve for an arc distance of 83.18 feet to a point; said curve having
a central angle of 38°07'28" and a radius of 125.00 feet, said point being
81.65 feet South 64°04'40" East of said point of curve as measured along
the chord of said curve, said point also being the Northwest corner of

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafier on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and ali rents, issues, proaeeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said pramises all of which are included
within the foregoing deuription and the habendum hereof. Atw all gas, steam, electric, water and other hesting,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbi~ng, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, applianoes, fixtures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they
may be detached or detachable.
IT IS ~11UTUAlIY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime wifhin twenty (20} years from the date hereof and be•
fore full payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shali not exceed the maximum principal sum of
s 2061000 ~00____~ together with interest thereon and any and all disbursements made by fhe Mortgagee for the
payment of taxes, levies, or insuronce on ihe property covered by the lien of this mort~age with interest on such disburse-
ments at the rate specified in the note referred to in this mortgage, and for reasonable attorney's fees and coun oosts
i~curred in the collection of any or all of such sums of money.
