ASSIGI~IENT OF LEASE
- KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That ST. LUCIE (~OUNTY COWBOY CLUB, INC. party of the
first part, in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollars
(
• and other valuable consideration, in hand paid by ST. LUCIE COUN
BANK, a Florida banking corporation, party of the second part, at
or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the re-
ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, so d,
assigned, transferred and set over a.zu by these presents does
gran~, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said
. party of the second part a certain.lease bearing date the 22nd
day of October, 1968, a copy of which lease is hereto attached
and made a part hereof by reference. ,
This assignanent is being given by the party of the first
part to the party of the second part as collateral security for a
~ ioan in the amount of $6 , 000. 00 , given to the par ty of the f irs t
part by the party of the second part.
