on upon the demised premises. The Lessee ahall, at its own ex-
pense, defend any and all suits that may be impleaded with others
upon ~ny such claims or claim, arid shall satisfy any judgments
that may be recovered against the Lessor in any such suit; and in
the event of failure of the Lessee to pay any sums for which the
Lessor may become liable, then the Lessor may pay such sum, and
the amount so paid, with interest, shall become immediately due
and payable as additional rent hereunder, and upon default by the
Lessee in the payment of the same, the Lessor shall have the same
rights and remedies as in the case of the rental reserved herein.
8. It is agreed that all buildings, improvements and
additions hereafter placed on the demised premises during the
term of.this Lease, and any extension or renewal thereof, shall
be the property of the Lessee and shall be removed from said prem-
ises by the Lessee at the termination of this Lease.
9. It is agreed that the right of ingress and egress .
over and upon the demised premises is hereby reserved in the Les-
sor for the purpose of imp~coving, developing or maintaining the
5t. Lucie County Airport, and the Lessor, its contractors, repre-
sentatives, agents, servants and employees shall have the right
to go upon said premises or any portion or portions thereof, at
any and all times during the term of this Lease for said purposes.
10. The Lessee does hereby agree that upon the expiration ~
' of this Lease,~a~ the end of its term or as otherwise provided here-
in; to quit and deliver up the said premises.
11. If the Lessee shall make default, for the period of
ten (10) days in payment of any installment of rent when due, or
if Lessee shall make default in any covenants or conditions of this
