1~. The Lessee shall at all times provide and maintain
adequate security measures to assure that vehicles and/or animals
cannot and do not stray onto the landir.g areas of the St. Lucie
County Airport. ~
15. The Lessee shall have the option of renewing this
Lease at its termination on term and conditions to be agreed upon
by the parties he reto at that time.
16. This Lease is subject to the approval of the Federal
Aviation Administration.
IT IS MUTUALLY UNDSRSTOOD AND AGRESD thatthis Lease shall be
binding upon the heirs, personal representatives, successors or
assigns of the respective parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WI~REOF, the parties hereto have caused this Lease
to be executed on the day and year first above written.
