KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That ST. LUCIE COUNTY COWHOY CLUB, INC., party of the
~ first part, in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollara
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid by ST. LUCIE COUN
BANK, a Florida banking corporation, party of the second part, at
or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the re-
ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, so d,
assigned, transferred and set over and by these presenCs does
grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said
party of the second_part a certain lease bearing date the 22nd
