ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made and ernered into this~day of
April 1972 by and between EDMAR, INC, , A Florida corporation herein-
after called the party of the Hrst part, and LENNIS K, WHISLER and ~
LAVONNA J. WHISLER, his wife, whose mailing. address is: 38S/

parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH:
That if the said parties of the second part shall fixst make the
payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be
made and performed, the said party of the first part hereby covenants and
agrees to convey and assure to the said parries of the second part, and their
heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns, in fee simple, by good and
suffic~nt deed, the following property, together with all improvements thereon,
lying and being situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

of the South 103 feet of Lot 30, of the
Revised Plat of HOME ACRES UNIT NO. ~

'POGETHER with all improvements thereon.
and the parries of the second -part h~reby covenant and agree to pay to the said
parties of the first part, as consideration therefor the sum of FIFTEEN THOU-
SAND NINE HUNDRED AND NO/100th DOLLARS (~15, 900.00) in the manner
following:
There shall be paid the sum of $500. 00 cash at the
time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged. The then remaining balance
of $15, 400. 00 shall be paid in mornhly installments
of $110. 00 each. The first such monthly installm ent
shall be due on the day of ,~~,c ,1972 and sub-
seqc~ent payments sTi`aI1T due on t e same day of each
succeeding month thereafter until the whole sum named
plus interest, has been paid in full. Each such mornhly
paymern shall be paid promptly when due by second parries.
Each such monthly payment shall be applied first to interest
