Burke, doi.ng business as Burke Sheet Metal and Roofing, whose address is Route 1, Box 897, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that in pursuance of a contract with General Development Corpora- tion, Lienor furnished labor, services and materials consisting of sheet metal, ducting and assorted materials required for installation thereof on the follawing described real property in St. Lucie County, Florida: Go~ernment Lots 3 and 4, LSSS that part assessed in South Port St. Lucie Units 2 and 3, and LESS that ~ part of Govermaent Lot 4 described as: Fram the Northwest corner of Section, run South 1293.19 feet for-point of beginning, then North 83°32'S3" $ast 13.77 feet to point of intersection o£ a circular curve concave to the northeast with a radius of 105 ` feet and a central angle of 19°09'O1", then south- ~ easterly on arc of curve 35.09 feet, thence South 28°02'00" West 70.25 feet, thence South parallel to and 8 feet east of west line of Section, 318 feet more or less to St. I.ucie River, thence West 8 feet more or less to West section line, thence North 409 feet to point of beginning; and LESS that partr assessed in River Vista Subdivision; all of said land lying and being situate in Section 23, Township 37 South, Range 40 East. . owned by General Development Corporation of a total value of One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-three Dollars Sixty-eight Cents ($1,593.68) of which there remains unpaid One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-three Dollars Sixty-eight Cents ($1,593.68); and furnished u?w orr~ces WILLEB, BITTAN b WILLES P.
