BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared John
McCarty, Esq. , who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he was personally acquainted with one Sarah Teter Hull, who
appears as a Grantor in that certain Quit Claim Deed dated 31 May 196?,
recorded O. R. Book 166, page 1703 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Fiorida, conveying that par~ of Second Street which was abandoned by the
county and abutting the hereinafter described property:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of outlot 15 of White City, a sub-
division as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 21 of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, at the Southwest
intersection of Second Street and Citrus Avenue for a point of beginning,
run South lOQ feet, then West 125 feet, thence North 100 feet to the
South side of Second Street, thence East along the South side of Second
Street to the point of Beginning; said tract being located in Section 4, _
Township 36 South, Range 40 East, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. TOGETHER WITH the South 1/2 of that portion of an abandoned
street, knowa as Second Street, which .is appurtenant to the above
described parcel of land.
2. Affiant further states that at the time of said conveyance the said
Sarah Teter Hull, whose celibacy status was unreflected in said Quit Claim deed,
was in fact a widow on May 31, 1967.
Further affiant sayeth not. _
