Before me this day personally appeared RICHARD GEORGE NEFF,
who, being duly sworn, deposes and says as follows: ~
1. That Affiant is the natural son of LEO J. NEFF and
IONE M. NEFF. ~
2. That Affiant's parents, LEO J. NEFF and IONE M. NEFF,
*,aere lawfully married at the time title was taken to that certain
parcel of land recorded in Deed Book 254, pagz 564, public -
records of St. Lucie County, Florida._
3. That Affiant's parents, LEO J. NEFF and IONE M. NEFF,
were at all times lawfully married from the time the above title
was taken on January 11, 1960, and were married continuously
until their conveyance to their son, RICHARD GEORGE NEFF, whict~
conveyance was recorded in 0. R. Book 18, page 326, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
