The mortqagor covenants and aqrees that so long as this mortqaqe ana sa~a ~
note secured hereby are insured or guaranteed un~der the p~rovisions of the
Serviceman's Readjustment Act, as annended, he Mill not execute or Fils for
record auy instr~anent Mhich imposes a restrictions upon the sale or occupancy
of the mortgaqed property on the basis of race, color or creed. Upon any
violation of this undertakinq, the m~rtgagee may, at its option, declare the
unpaid balance of the debt secured hereby.imnediately due and payable.
T'he mortgagor further covenants that should the Veterans A~inistration fail
cr refuse to issue its guaranty of the loan secured by this mortqaqe under the
Provision of the Servicemen's Readjusfiment Act of 1944, in the sum of $11,880.00
within siuty days fram the date of the loan would normally becane eliqible for
such guaranty, the mortgagee herein may, at its option declare all sums secured
by this mortgage imo~ediately due and payable.
