RBSOLUTION NO. 72-45
WHEREAS, the Board of County Conmissioners of_St. Lucie County,
Florida held a public hearing on the llth day of April, 1972. after
first publishing a notice of said hearing in the News Tribune,
at Fort Pierce, Florida on the 23rd day of March, 1972, on closing,
vacating and abandoning the following described Drainage $asement,
and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and
the public in and to the lands lying within said Drainage Easement
in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows:
A strip of land 45 feet wide 22'~ feet each side
of the following described center line:
Begin at a point on the west line of Lot 7•of
Florida Coast Line Canal and Transportation
~ Company Subdivision of the SE'~ of Section
. 34-35-40;.said point being 7'~ feet south of
the northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence run
northeasterly to a point on the east line of
Lot 2 of above described subdivision, said
point being 34.30 feet~north of the Southeast
• corner of said Lot 2.
and
! WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to `

~ closing, vacating and abandoning said Drainage Easement and
~ renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the
public in and to the lands lying within said Drainage Easement,
and in the opinion of the Board of County Com~nissioners, it is to the
best interest of the public to close, vacate and abandon said
Drainage Easement and disclaim and renounce any right of St. Lucie
County and the public in and to the lands lying within said
Drainage Easement.
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting as~embled this .
