. l. That the Drainage Easament in St. Lucie Co~.xnty, Florida
described as follows:
A strip of land 45 feet wide 22~ feet each side
of the following described center line:
Begin at a point on the west line of Lot 7 of
Florida Coast Line Canal and Transportation
Company Subdivision of the SE~ of Section .
34-35-40; said point being 7'~ feet south of
the northwest corner of said Lot 7; thence
run northeasterly to a point on the east line
of Lot 2 of above described subdivision, said
point being 34.30 feet north of the Southeast
corner of said Lot 2.
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned, and any
right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying
within said Drainage Easement is hereby disclaimed and renounced.
2. T~3t a Notice of Adoption of this Resolution shall be
publi~hed in the News Tribune, Fort Pierce, Florida, one time
within thirty (30) days of the date hereof.
3. That the proof of publication of the Notice of Public
; Hearing, a certified copy of this Resolution, and the proof of
