RESQLUTION NO. 72-46
WHRRSAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Commission,
after holding a public hearing of which due notice was published
at ~east fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearing, has
recommended to the Board of County Commissioners_of St. Lucie
County that the hereinafter described request for a change in ~
zoning classification be GRANTED, and -
WfiEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on said recommendation on~April 18,~1972, after first
publishing notice of said hearing in the News Tribune on the
28th day of Marchl 1972.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 18th day
of April, 1972, as follows:
That the zoning of the following described property in St.
Lucie County, to-wit:
That portion of ~Government Lot 2, Section 12, Township -
37 South, Range 41 East, adjacent to the westerly right
of way line for State Highway AlA and within 250.feet
of said right of way.line as measured at right angles ~
thereto, LESS AND EXCEPT the north 300 feet of said
Government Lot 2 AND FURTHER LESS AND EXCEPT that ~
certain parcel of land identified as Parcel 9-8 of the
Tax Assessor's Map of the south 1/2 of Section 12,
Township 37 South, Range 41 East and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a point where a line parallel ta and +
300 feet south of the north boundary line of Govern-
ment Lot 2; Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 41
East intersects the westerly right of way line of
State Road AlA; thence proceed southeasterly along • ~
said right of way line 120 feet to the point of begin- 3
ning; thence run west 173.64 feet to a point; t~ence '
run south 200 feet to a point; thence run east 261.73 .
