_ THAT it is hereby declared to be the purpose and intent of
the State of Florida Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement
Trust Fund to set aside and manaqe the above described aquatic pre-
serve in accordance with the manaqement policies and criteria
~adopted and set forth by separate resolution adopted on the 21st
day of October, A. D. 1969, for appZication uniformly to a~l
elements of the statewide system of aquatic preserves.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the Trustees for and on behalf of the
State of Florida Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement
Trust Fund have hereunto subscribed their names and have caused
the official seal of said State of Florida Board of Trustees of
the Internal Improvement Trust Fund to be hereunto aFfixed, in
the City of Tallahassee, Florida, on this the 30th day of
March , A. D. 19 72 .
